Jefferson County Court Judge: 2000-Present; Elected 1999 with Endorsement of the Democrat, Independence and Conservative Parties after Primary Elections in Each Party; Acting Surrogate and Family Court Judge. Over 5000 cases handled by mid-2009 (Heaviest Caseload of Any Felony Judge in Upstate NY); Instituted Felony Screening Process Actually Reducing No. Of Indictments at Substantial Time and Cost Savings; Created Drug Court for Non-Violent Drug & Alcohol Offenders; Instituted Jury Trial Reforms to Assist Jury Service; Earned Outstanding Appellate Record (Out of over 4700 Cases, Only 1 Case Overturned/Dismissed on speedy prosecution/trial basis and 3 Cases Remanded For Further Proceedings).
Town Justice of the Town of Theresa: 1986-1999.  Appointed in 1986, Elected and re-elected in 1987, 1991, 1995 with Democrat and Conservative Party Endorsements.
